The ESCP Europe and the Talent Management Institute cordially invite you to our 6th Talent Management Day and panel discussion on „managing international talent“ on March 15.

Together with our panel and guests, we will discuss some of the challenges and best practices associated with identifying, recruiting and managing multicultural and diverse talent pools, as well as finding a balance between global standardization and local adaption of talent management practices. The discussion will be followed by a Q&A session, as well as a get-together, delicious Mexican streetfood served by eddielicious and gingerbeer from the local start-up Ände and there will be plenty of time to network and meet other HR and TM experts.
