NEW STUDY ON SOFT SKILLS

The study “Students’ and employers’ perception of soft skills”, conducted by Prof. Chiara Succi, Campus Representative of the Talent Management Institute in Turin and Dr. Michaela Wieandt, Affiliated Researcher from October 2015 until February 2016, reveals interesting insights about the importance of soft skills for employers and students. While their importance in companies grew during the last ten years, students tend to underestimate their relevance for the work place.

An executive summary of the main findings of the study can be found here.

The respective press release from December 13, 2016 (in German) can be found here.
