Science meets IT: In a cooperation with Loopline Systems, a startup founded by Nora Heer and Christian Kaller which delivers IT Software to measure employee satisfaction, the Talent Management Institute contributes to the further development of digitalization in Human Resource Management. Based upon the profound knowledge in the practical and scientific context, the project team will work on a tool which helps companies to understand employees’ needs and feelings. That’s why companies are able to respond to HR specific challenges in an early stadium which in turn helps to create a good working atmosphere and increase performance. Prof. Dr. Marion Festing, Academic Director of the Talent Management Institute says: “This cooperation is a wonderful example of how the digitalization in HRM can add value for employees, companies and society.”
