The Talent Management Institute, ESCP Europe Berlin and DGFP (German Association for People Management) hosted the 3rd Talent Management Day. In the afternoon we had great keynote speeches on different aspects of the the topic “How to measure the success of Talent Management?”  followed by an evening panel discussion with Igor Ramet (Shell), Nadja Peters (McKinsey) and Claudia Fischer (Bombardier).
