The Talent Management Institute participated in the innovation workshop talent management with the topic “Von Talent Management zu People Intelligence – Wo geht die Reise hin?” organised by Kienbaum on November 7, 2016 at the bauhaus museum in Berlin. Professor Marion Festing, the Academic Director of the institute presented our research on talent management and inclusion to the participants.
