On May 23, the ESCP Europe and the Talent Management Institute welcomed a delegation from the Thai Government and College of Management from the Mahidol University Bangkok for a presentation and knowledge exchange on talent management in Germany. Dr. Lynn Schäfer, head of the institute talked about current talent management trends of digitalization, demography and diversity, as well as specifics of the German National Business System of longtermism, close collaboration and the dominant role of family businesses and SMEs in Germany.
