Dr. Lynn Schäfer, Head of the Talent Management Institute participated in 4th HR Management for Energy Sector 2019 conference, organized by Prospero in Berlin, March 13-15.

The event is a gathering of HR professionaly especially coming from Power & Utilities and Oil & Gas contractor and operator companies, addressing important topics such as digitalization, decentralization and decarbonisation of the energy market and the role of HR in this transformation. Topics addressed included talent acquisition, diversity & inclusion, digitalisation of HR, flexible workforce, succession planning, performance management and skills mapping.

The TMI presented insights from its ongoing talent management and agility research, openly discussing challenges of attracting and retaining agile talents.
