The German study “Smart Workforce – Arbeitswelten der Zukunft” by Haufe Akademie and ESCP Europe Berlin shows many companies have started to enhance their organizational agility. Still, some work remains to be done; here in particular, opportunities given to a workforce to shape its company’s wider organizational scope, their participation in decision making and, on an individual level, a greater choice in the career path and flexible working-hour models.
