On November 24, 2016, the talent management institute hosted its first event at the ESCP Europe Turin Campus in Italy. The topic of the event was “Lead the way – Talent Management Key Challenges in a Global Market” and organised by our local Campus Representative Associate Professor Chiara Succi. HR and talent management practitioners joined Professor Marion Festing, Academic Director of the institute in Berlin and Chiara Succi to discuss trends and challenges, as well as learn about our current research projects on soft skills and how to measure the success of talent management programmes during that day.
