FOLLOW-UP: NEW WORK & TALENT CONFERENCE

New Work: Bricks & bytes matter, but what matters most are the people & the
behaviour!

On June 19, the ESCP Europe and the Talent Management Institute celebrated its “New Work & Talent Conference” in Berlin as one of the events of the celebration of its bicentenary. More than 60 international participants joined the event and discucssed with HR experts from SAP, Procter & Gamble, Gallup, MHP (a Porsche company), sipgate the future of work, challenges and opportunities of transforming organizational cultures and implementing new ways of working such as lean & agile,
jobsharing (tandemploy), talentsharing (talentz), gig economy (Motius), the role of learning
(Alexander Zumdieck) or how to best attract future talent (Andreas Dittes, Talentwunder). In an interactive setting, the participants also had the chance to test and experiment new tools and methods
such as sociocracy (Ben MacKenzie, subject:RESOUL), embodiement (Felicitas Ritter) and purpose (Ellen Herb).
