Globalisation, digitalisation and demographic challenges not only change the way companies do business, but they also have an impact on the way we work. Today, more than ever, managing human resources and talent is crucial.In this seminar, you will understand the impact, these challenges and trends can have on your organisation. You will learn about agile HR and TM best practices and ways how to implement and measure agility in your organisation. Based on people analytics, you will learn to increase the quality of decision-making. You will develop a strategic action plan for your company specific project and apply agile tools.
