Seminar: Designing New Work – HR as a driver of innovation and change, 13 April – 18 May 2021
The Talent Management Institute, together with the ESCP’s Executive Education Team and New Work experts have developed a new open programme:

Take the next step to New Work in your company. Learn how to benefit from current trends such as agility and new technologies including big data and process digitalisation in HR to enhance the competitiveness of your organisation. Exchange about the experiences and lessons learned gained during the crisis and beyond and experience first-hand how New Work methods have driven the digital transformation from a traditional hierarchical print company to a new online media giant. This programme combines the expert knowledge of Markus Albers (Rethink) and Johannes Burr (Axel Springer) with the highly recognised expertise of ESCP and the Talent Management Institute with Marion Festing and Lynn Schäfer.

The programme will take place April 13 – May 18 online in 4 sessions à 6 hours each + final wrap-up session, and participants will receive individual feedback and coaching on their HR business case. Further information can be found here.
