The Talent Management Institute hosts a 2-day conference in Berlin, November 5-6, 2015. The topic is “Next Generation Talent Management?!” and practitioners from big MNEs, start-ups, academics and political consultants will share their insights with us. The second day will be much more interactive, including a design thinking workshop together with students from ESCP Europe Berlin.
