Is there a future with or without HR? The participants of our TalentSUMMIT on November 5th and 6th agreed on this: HR will still be important for companies in the future, even though tasks and roles will look completely different. HR people and talent manager have to proactively accompany and govern companies’ digital transformation. They are in charge of creating frameworks and opportunities to exchange and network among employees, talents, and top managers. Rather, HR manager of the future have to understand themselves as transformators and platform builders.
