On April 19, the TMI participated in Kienbaum’s Talent Management Innovation Camp at Kienbaum’s headquarter in Cologne. Topics for day included a keynote by Elke Franke + Telehase. The TMI presentated first findings of the research project (K. Harsch/M. Festing) on talent management and agility.

In the afternoon, the 70 participants were split into two groups to actively engage and share best practices: group 1: “talent management and agility” (TMI plus hypoport, groupworks – see graphic recording below) and group 2: “talent management in times of digital collaboration” (Deutsche Bahn etc world café).
