On May 28, 11:00 – 12:00am our Webinar with Loopline systems on “Data-driven Talent Management” took place. The focus was on Recruiting & Onboarding.

Loopline Systems  and the Talent Management Institute of ESCP Europe invited to the webinar “Data-driven Talent Management”. This webinar provided valuable insights on how to recruit and onboard employees in the days of intensive competition for talent and perpetual technological change. Therefore, it coverd the following questions:

In how far can Big Data be integrated in the recruiting process?
What are the benefits for HR and the organisation?
What are important features of a state-of-the-art onboarding process?
How do I ensure that the onboarding goes according to plan?
How do I collect feedback concerning the onboarding process from the newcomers?

The trainers were Thomas Zuliani, COO of Loopline Systems and Prof. Dr. Marion Festing, Professor for Human Resource Management and Intercultural Leadership at ESCP Europe and Academic Director of the Talent Management Institute (TMI).
