  • ESCP Europe Berlin hosted the third annual EIASM Workshop on Talent Management — October 13-14, 2014.

More than 40 participants representing leading scholars and early-stage researchers from 16 different countries took part in the workshop and discussed their research across four sesions during the two-day seminar. Topics at this year’s event varied from many empirical insights into talent management in
different contexts (e.g. talent management in MNEs, the public sector, family businesses, NGOs) to considering different target groups (such as women, expatriates and millennials). In addition
to these academic discussions, a keynote speech from Oliver Viel (an independent consultant) provided a valuable insight into a company’s talent attraction and employer branding activities. Breaks between the sessions, and the workshop dinner, provided various possibilities for informal academic discussions
    and networking with other participants.

The fourth EIASM Workshop on Talent Management will take place on September 24-25, 2015 at the University of Valencia in Spain.
